In this disposable world, we aim to create products that last. We invest in craftsmen who care, and our hope is that the products you receive will clearly reveal that character. As intentional as we are about this, we recognize that issues can still exist.

Our products are guaranteed through a one-year warranty from the date of purchase when used under normal conditions. This warranty covers material defects and manufacturing defects such as rivets, locks, and other hardware pieces found on our products. Coverage is void if damage is caused by unreasonable wear or neglect, normal wear and tear, damage from personal contents from within, or if you’ve changed your mind. Products purchased from any retailer other than through our online store are not eligible for coverage. Final Sale items are not protected by Echopurse warranty policy and are not returnable.

Repairs will be made whenever possible, but, are subject to the availability of necessary parts and materials. We will make every effort to match the original color style of your product, however, we cannot guarantee that repaired items will be an exact match to the original. If it cannot be repaired, we will send a replacement, or if a replacement is not available, we will issue you a store credit on your purchase price or a discount on a repeat purchase. If your product was purchased from a third-party retailer, please contact them directly.

Returns must be in new and unused condition. They need to be received at our warehouse within 30 days from the date of receipt for a refund. Store credit will be issued for returns received after 30 days and up to 45 days from the date received. Please make sure you send us the return tracking number after you return the goods so that we will refund you as soon as possible after receiving it. If there is no tracking number and the package is not received, we will not give a refund, please understand.

Returns and exchanges will not be accepted after 45 days. There are no restocking fees. The original shipping charge is not refundable. Gift returns will be processed as store credit only. Customers are responsible for any return shipping charges.
