Maybe you do not like the products, or we have sent the faulty items to you, or the parcel was damaged during the transportation, or the rivet is not fit right, or...
Come what will, we all have corresponding solutions for the problems above-mentioned.
Our constant effort is to provide excellent quality products and meet our commitment.
However, if you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us and we'll try to remedy the situation.
1. Please, check all information concerning dimensions, color, delivery delay and don't hesitate to ask questions if you think anything appears unclear.
2. In case, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returning or replacement within 30 days of receipt. It is important to contact us for confirmation before returning. Get in touch with our customer service representative by mail us(firstname.lastname@example.org). Indicate which item(s) you would like to return and the reason for your return. The returned item must be in perfect condition for resale, never worn and are in the packaging. We'll refund as soon as the returned item arrived to us.
3. If you would like to exchange an item for a different one, please return the original item to us (you will be refunded your original purchase price once we receive the item) and place another order for the item you wish to purchase. You do not have to wait for us to receive the original item before placing the new order.
4. Concretely, we'll give you a refund for the item price, shipping fee can be refunded only if the bag is faulty or damaged during transit.
Sending fee for a returned item or an exchanged item is payable by the buyer. In case you want a replacement, an additional fee is required for shipping of the new item.
5. Personalized Custom Handmade orders cannot be refunded.

* During the Christmas shopping season. We permit a longer return time if you purchase the item as a Christmas gift. If he/she doesn't like it, just keep the item in new condition and never worn, you can return or exchange it after Christmas.
Each item will have very slight variances to the pictured item, and the consequence is that you can assure that each one is unique.
natural leather products will have various spots, off-color restoring ancient ways and shallow scratches and skin scar marks, each splicing skin texture also each is not identical, our designer will adjust the design timely according to the feedback of most customers, so sometimes we will make some changes on the bag, but it will never change the original appearance, these don't do the reason of the quality problem, if you mind, please buy carefully.
The actual color of the item may be slightly different from the picture which is only a representation of the item’s style. The monitor used can significantly darken or change the displayed picture of the item, and there may also be some slight differences due to hand-dying process. All dimensions are manual measurement unavoidable error.
