Note: Once we engrave your name, initials or logo on the bag, we do not accept order return or exchange. Please be aware on this.

Default Font Style: "Monotype Corsiva", please refer to the third photo of the font style for reference
Default Imprint Position: Bottom Center on Flap, or Top Center on Bag Body

If you choose specified font style and specified imprint position, please provide the font name with content, and tell me where would you like to engrave the initials or name. If not, we will use our defaut font to do the name and initials monogram. And for the logo design, please provide the logo design in .JPG or .PNG format.

Each item will have very slight variances to the pictured item, and the consequence is that you can assure that each one is unique.

The actual color of the item may be slightly different from the picture which is only a representation of the item’s style. The monitor used can significantly darken or change the displayed picture of the item, and there may also be some slight differences due to the hand-dying process. All dimensions are manual measurement unavoidable error.

Return within 10 days from the delivered date.

Request:

1. Within 10 days from the date you received the item.

2. Items received unused, undamaged and in original package.

3. Return shipping fee is paid by buyer excluding quality issues.

4. Personalized Custom Handmade orders cannot be refunded.

5. In case you want a replacement, additional fee is required for shipping of the new item.
